I've finished Nancy's and the evil doctor's storyline for now. I'm going to be working on Anna's storyline - Rick is the protagonist's husband. Anna is his lover. She has some secrets in her past that she's fighting, as well as for his attention.
Went pretty well -a bit stilted, but I enjoy writing fast and furious. I try not to edit anything too much or disturb the flow. Taking a page from Holly Lisle's book, I put on my hubby's newly burned Dokken CD and went to it. Music always makes things so much clearer, and easier. When I was a kid, I used to do homework to music. The only thing I couldn't do with music is study.
I remember when my senior year boyfriend dumped me for another girl. I put Led Zeppelin on - the loudest possible and just let it surround me. I am the daughter of a bass player, after all, and a drummer myself, although back then I had no idea of that. Funny how 10 years, give or take a few, changes you.
